Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, typically ranging from 7–20 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
    •    The item arrived damaged or defective
    •    You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photo or video evidence of the issue.

We do not accept returns for:
    •    Change of mind
    •    Incorrect sizing or fit
    •    Delays caused by shipping carriers
    •    Minor variations in color or design

Refunds
If your return request is approved, you may be eligible for:
    •    A replacement item at no additional cost, or
    •    A full or partial refund (depending on the situation)

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this time, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Nadified Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please contact your local courier service for assistance.
